JEFF HOYE

Director of Construction Management.

Jeff is a natural leader and passionate about his job and making people happy through it. He grew up learning the construction business and after graduation he had no doubt that this is what he wanted to spend his life doing! His education has focused on what he loves most; construction and economics. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting, fishing and the outdoors.

MARTY HOYE

Director of Operations.

Marty is where it all started. His education is in architecture, but it wasn’t long into his career that he discovered he was really passionate about the building end of it, too. His vision of a design/build construction company was born. AJ began as a dream for a legacy for his family, and is a thriving family business. Marty loves the outdoors; fishing, camping, and hiking. He also loves reading, spending time with his grandkids, and the Pacific Northwest. Marty and his wife Mandy love dogs and are passionate about animal rescue!

HEATHER HOYE-EGERER

Social Media Manager/Freelance Writer.

Heather is the head of social media and blogs for AJ. She studied Creative Writing at Seattle Pacific University, and has since managed several social media accounts for businesses while freelance writing. She is busy raising her two young kids with her husband, Evan. In her free time Heather loves to travel, hike and swim.

MANDY HOYE

Business Manager.

Mandy’s education is in accounting and is the business manager for AJ. Along with handling all the bookkeeping she runs a lot of the behind-the-scenes details. Like Marty, she is passionate about dogs and rescue and enjoys their two rescue pups. Mandy loves the outdoors, camping, bike riding and hiking.

MADISON BELMONT-HOYE

Visual Arts Manager.

Madison is the visual arts manager for AJ. She is very creative and has always had a natural eye for photography and things that are aesthetically pleasing. She studied Sociology at Whitworth University in Spokane and has a passion for helping others. Madison and her husband Jeff are busy raising their kids. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading and boating at sunset.

OZZIE HOYE

Ozzie is AJ’s company dog! He’s a13-year-old rescue pit bull that was found wandering the streets and almost starved to death. POPP (pet over-population prevention) took him in until AJ adopted him. Ozzie is a gentle-soul, a faithful companion and a wonderful listener! When Ozzie isn’t in owner Marty’s office keeping him company you can find him sunning himself, eating or sleeping. He loves long walks and even longer hikes in the mountains, chasing his ball, and being in charge of the AJ household!
